@pr has experience of working with a diverse range of businesses and organisations on a wide variety of projects. These include work with:
-
A prestigious 700-acre business park that appointed the agency for strategic and media relations advice on a range of issues and to publicise news of the sites development on a regular basis through a variety of means and publications from local media, trade press and newsletters. - The largest orthodontics practice in the North East which approached @pr for help in promoting new aspects of its service and state of the art treatments to a wider audience. Carefully targeted press releases and the compilation and placing of case studies and strategic advice, combined with eye-catching and informative adverts and a new-look web site designed by House of Type, have attracted so many new clients from all over the region that the practice is having to double the size of its premises.
-
A company constructing an ethylene pipeline from Teesside to Hull. As Project Communication Consultants, @pr worked alongside environmental and archaeological teams in establishing all parties that would be affected by the pipeline and worked with them to ensure minimal disturbance. @pr now helps to maintain the reputation of the pipeline with all third parties including landowners, occupiers and local authorities through strategic advice on reputation issues and a targeted safety campaign to reduce the number of near miss incidents (infringements) on the pipeline. - A private company caring for the elderly which, 2000, has grown rapidly, expanding from an exclusive old people’s home to the only retirement village in the region. During that period, @pr’s work has helped to attract new residents through the regular publicising of its latest activities and innovations.
-
A government-funded regeneration initiative managed by a professional team, together with a board made up of residents, voluntary agencies and council representatives. Since 2004, @pr has provided strategic advice throughout planning developments and public consultation and developed a PR campaign to raise the profile of the initiative and its core messages. - An internationally renowned and respected fishing tackle manufacturer that employed @pr to promote its products, expertise and activities in the angling trade and consumer press; give advice on and handle sensitive corporate announcements and prepare press pack content for distribution at major shows.
- An official government service providing independent information, advice and help for businesses of all sizes that used @pr for almost ten years to provide a local media campaign. This involved placing a mix of corporate news and customer case studies within key media to highlight awareness of the role of the business support organisation.
- A wide-fiting footwear specialist for which @pr publicised the seasonal ranges of fashionable wide-fitting shoes and boots for women, targeting information at women’s national consumer magazines and TV programmes, regional womens' editors across the UK and key trade magazines.
